Handcrafted wines and fresh-baked goods, made slowly on Hoag Road — where the Hudson Valley meets its quietest, most generous corner.
Our Story
Ives Hollow Vineyard began as a simple conviction: that the best wines and breads are made when you listen to the land first and let it lead. Nestled along Hoag Road in Valley Falls, our estate sits at the intersection of rolling hills and old-growth forests — a place where the soil runs rich and the seasons arrive with unmistakable drama.
Every grape is tended by hand. Every loaf is mixed before dawn. We don't rush either process, because we've learned that patience isn't just a virtue here — it's the entire recipe.
What We Make
From our vines to your table — each offering is a reflection of this place, this season, and the hands that shaped it.
Vineyard Reserve
A structured, earth-forward red with notes of dark cherry and forest floor. Aged in neutral oak for twelve months.
Vineyard Reserve
Bright and mineral-driven, with hints of white peach and wet stone. Crisp finish that lingers like a summer evening.
Seasonal Release
Pale salmon hue, delicate strawberry and citrus peel. A wine made for the porch, the picnic, the unhurried afternoon.
Daily Bake
Our house starter, fed for generations. Thick crust, open crumb, a tang that speaks of slow fermentation and warm ovens.
Morning Fresh
Butter-rich, flaky, and made each morning with local dairy. Varieties shift with the harvest — ask what's fresh today.
Tasting Board
Curated from Hudson Valley producers — aged cheddars, soft-ripened blues, and house-cured meats. Paired to your taste.
The Experience
We built Ives Hollow as a place to slow down. Come for the wine and bread. Stay for the quiet, the view, and the sense that you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
Walk the rows with our vintner. Learn how the hollow's microclimate shapes every vintage, and taste straight from the barrel.
Our tasting room overlooks the southern vineyard. Pours are guided, never rushed — and every flight tells a story.
From intimate wine dinners to weekend baking workshops, we host experiences that bring people together around good food and honest conversation.
